Fill in an enquiry, enrollment, or contact form — we collect parent or guardian name, child's name and age, WhatsApp number, email address, school name, city, and any additional information you voluntarily provide.
Subscribe to our newsletter — we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional), child's age group, and frequency preference.
Book or pay for a session or course — payment is processed securely through Razorpay or Wix Payments. We do not store card or payment details on our servers.
Submit a school partnership enquiry — we collect your name, role, school name, board, city, school size, and contact details.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government identification numbers, health records, or financial account information.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
Confirm class enrollment and batch placement for your child. Respond to school partnership and general enquiries. Send programme information, schedules, and updates relevant to your booking. Deliver newsletters and parenting content where you have subscribed. Improve our programmes based on what families and schools tell us they need.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or targeted advertising.
Children's data
We collect limited information about children — name, age, school grade — solely for the purpose of batch placement and programme delivery. This information is provided by a parent or guardian and is not used for any other purpose. We do not market directly to children and we do not share children's data with any third party.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share data only with the following service providers, solely for the purpose of delivering our services:
Wix.com — our website platform, which hosts our forms and contact database. Razorpay or Wix Payments — for secure payment processing. Email or WhatsApp service providers — used to send newsletters and booking confirmations.
All third-party providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable law.
How long we keep your data
We retain your information for as long as you are an active participant in our programmes, or for up to two years after your last interaction with us. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or email.
